Highlands Farm Dairy
Stella Bennett has been making unpasteurised goats milk cheese
at Highfields Farm Dairy in Tamworth since 1987. Today Innes
Cheese is well known to gourmands of fine cheese and comprises
a range of hand crafted goats milk cheeses made on the farm.

Halfpenny Green Vineyard
From a humble half-acre in 1983, this vineyard has grown into
one of the largest in England with a 25-acre growing area. The
grow a variety of grapes, from Triomphe d'Alsace to Findling,
and their award-winning wines include Sparkling White and Pink
Fizz which was awarded bronze and silver medals respectively
by the Mercian Vineyard Association.

Fisherwick Lakes
Seven lakes and pools set in 32 acres in what used to be the
Fisherwick Hall estate, the stately home of the former Marquis
of Donegal in the 18th Century. The 12-acre Fisherwick Trout
Lake is well-stocked with Brown, Blue and Rainbow Trout.

Packington Poultry
At Blakenhall Park Farm, near Barton Under Needwood, chickens
